Order support
Email orders@southerncanvasprints.com.au with your name, Stripe receipt email, and any order notes.
For paid orders, include the order reference from your confirmation email if you have it.
Artwork checks
A real person reviews the artwork within one business day of payment. If a file looks low resolution or may crop important detail, we will contact you before production.
After artwork approval, production typically takes 5–7 business days.
Please upload images you own or have permission to print.
Location
Production and pickup are managed from Aldinga Beach, South Australia. Once production is complete, pickup is available by appointment within one business day; the collection window is confirmed by email.
