How order and artwork information is used.

Southern Canvas Prints collects only the information needed to quote, process, produce, and support custom canvas print orders.

Information collected

The order flow collects contact details, fulfilment details, uploaded image file names, selected size, crop, wrap, quantity, and order notes.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers in this application.

Order information is used to confirm payment, prepare production details, contact you about artwork, and arrange pickup or delivery.

Uploaded artwork is used only for producing and supporting the canvas order.

Stripe processes checkout, payment confirmation, and payment-related customer details.

Hosting, storage, email, and fulfilment tools may be used to operate the service as the production workflow expands.
