Privacy
How order and artwork information is used.
How Southern Canvas Prints handles your order information, artwork and optional website analytics.
Information collected
The order flow collects contact details, fulfilment details, uploaded image file names, selected size, crop, wrap, quantity, and order notes.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers in this application.
How information is used
Order information is used to confirm payment, prepare production details, contact you about artwork, and arrange pickup or delivery.
Uploaded artwork is used for producing your canvas, order support and reorders you request.
A paid-order administration copy is also sent to info@jellybeanstreet.com, a shared operations inbox monitored by the Yoanza Pty Ltd team. It contains the contact, fulfilment, order and artwork-reference information needed to process the order, but not payment card details.
Artwork storage and deletion
If you do not place an order, we delete your uploads 7 days after upload. Files needed for a pending payment are kept until its outcome is confirmed. If you return after your files have been deleted, you will need to upload them again.
For paid orders, we keep your artwork for 12 months after fulfilment to help with support and reorders. It is then deleted during the next monthly cleanup, unless you have expressly agreed to longer storage or we are required by law to keep it.
You can request earlier deletion by emailing orders@southerncanvasprints.com.au with your order reference. We may need to verify that the request is yours and confirm whether any files are still needed to complete an active order.
Please keep your own original files. After we delete the artwork, you will need to upload it again for a reorder.
Transaction and accounting records are kept separately for their applicable legal requirements. Keeping those records does not mean we keep your artwork for the same period.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and use of our public pages through heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us find confusing pages and improve the website. Clarity may use cookies and collect device and browser information for this purpose. We send analytics consent only, not advertising consent.
Clarity does not load before you agree. We exclude the order studio, uploads, checkout, order confirmation and admin pages. Page content is masked, and we do not send customer identities or artwork to Clarity. Visits with unrecognised URL details or privacy signals may also be excluded.
You can decline without affecting your order. Use Analytics choices on an eligible public page to change your preference. Choosing No thanks stops recording and clears the site's Clarity cookies. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Microsoft processes the optional analytics data under its own privacy statement.
Third-party services
Stripe processes checkout, payment confirmation, and payment-related customer details.
Hosting, storage, email, and fulfilment tools may be used to operate the service as the production workflow expands.
