Refunds and reprints

Custom prints are checked before production.

Because each canvas is made to order, refunds and reprints are handled according to the production stage and the condition of the delivered item.

Before production

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after payment.

Orders can usually be changed before artwork approval or production begins.

After production starts

Custom canvas prints cannot usually be refunded for change of mind once production has started.

We will still help correct order details where practical before dispatch or pickup.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email orders@southerncanvasprints.com.au with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving or collecting the canvas.

If the item is damaged, faulty, or produced differently from the confirmed order, we will arrange a reprint or appropriate remedy.
